Después de aceptar lo que parecía ser un fácil trabajo encomendado por Mr. Church (Bruce Willis) los Expendables se ven en problemas cuando uno de los suyos es brutalmente asesinado por el mercenario rival Jean Vilain (Jean-Claude Van Damme).
